1. Conclusion of the contract

3. Orders, right of withdrawal and reconsignment
Orders can be placed via our shops shopping cart and can be canceled within two weeks after order receipt or goods receipt without giving reasons. To adhere to the time limit it's adaquate to mail the goods to Everglaze, Rothenbaumchaussee 105 20148 Hamburg.

4. Returns
Every customer has the right to return the ordered goods without giving reasons within two weeks after receipt, provided the items have not been specially orderd or produced for the customer. When returning items the customer must make sure that the goods are accurately packed to ensure they are not damaged on transport.

5. Delivery
Delivery take splace within 7 days. The customer will be noticed if delivery times acceptionally exceeds 7 days.

6. Damages in transit
Damages in transit or damaged goods must be clearly and directly indicated to Everglaze .

7. Shipping and handling
For order-values above 25 Euro shipping inside europe including swizzerland is free. Orders with a value of less than 25 euro will be charged 2.50 euro for shipping.

Cash on delivery (only if requested) will be charged 15,-- euro

Worldwide delivery:
Shipping cost vary depending on weight and shipping method between EUR 2,50 and a maximum of EUR 25,-- registered parcel). We will choose the most reasonably priced way of shipping.

8. Payment
Orders up to EUR 150,-- by invoice or bank collection (bank collection for german accounts only)
Orders exeeding EUR 150,-- by prepayment or bank collection (bank collection for german accounts only)

9. Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until the complete payment.

10. Guarantee
We grant the implied warranty.
Colored beads and items may change or loose color when exposed to heavy solar radiation or due to skin-contact (pH-value). This is no defect and therefore no reason for rejection.
Slight fluctuations in color result from different methods of production.
Due to individual monitor settings the color rendering is not mandatory. The items are not displayed in full-scale.

11. Offers, special and unique items, ancient beads
Offers, special and unique items, ancient beads are only anvailable while in stock.

12. Privacy
The data needed for processing the order (name, address, email as well as ordered items) is stored, kept in confidence, not passed to third partys and can be deleted or provided to the customer on request.

13. Place of Jurisdiction
Place of Jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

14. Severability Clause
If any provision of these policies and regulations is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these terms and conditions. Invalid and unenforceable provisions will be replaced by a valid one that fits the purpose of the replaced provision best.
