to activate Cookies
Depending on your Browser you need to perform different steps to activate cookies:
Internet Explorer 6 and 7- Choose the menu entry Extras and select Internet Options
- Select Privac and Advanced
- Check Override automatic cookie handling
- Under First-Party Cookies select Accept
- Check Always allow session cookies
- Click OK
- Restart your browser
Internet Explorer 5- Choose the menu entry Extras and select Internet Options
- Select Privac and Custom Levels
- Scroll down to Cookies
- set Allow cookies that are stored on your computer to Enable.
- set Allow per-session cookies to Enable.
- Click OK
(If a warning appears, accept it with yes) - Restart your browser
Firefox- Choose the menu entry Tools and select Options
- Select Privacy
- in some Firefox-versions you have to open the Cookies dialog
- activate Allow sites to set cookies
- Click OK. to save the settings
